From Termini train station
Bus number 64, get off at the stop before the terminus and then it’s a 5 minutes walk.

From Tiburtina train station
Bus number 492 until Largo di Torre Argentina, here change for bus number 64 (see instructions above) or for buses 571 or 916: get off at the stop Gregorio VII/Ranucci and then it’s two minutes on foot.
Alternatively: take metro A until Termini e and then bus 64 from here.

From the main airport -Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci)
A good solution is to catch the regional train (regional train-line FR1) until Trastevere. From there take another regional train, direction Cesano, Bracciano, Viterbo, Civitavecchia or Grosseto, and get off at Roma San Pietro, which is 2 stops away and very close to the B&B. The same train ticket is valid for the whole journey and will cost you 8 euros. Please note that if you land after 8.30 pm, it may be difficult to find a train connection in Trastevere. In this case you will have to catch a taxi from there that will cost you around 12 euros.

As an alternative, from Fiumicino you can catch the direct train to Termini (Leonardo Express) and then finish your journey by bus (number 64, see instructions above). The train ticket will cost you 14 euros, you will have to buy a bus ticket separately (1,50 euro).

A shuttle bus leaves from the arrivals terminal and goes to Piazza Cavour (Via Crescenzio). The journey to Piazza Cavour (closest stop to the B&B, then the bus goes on to Termini) varies between 40 and 60 minutes, depending on city traffic. Just on the other side of the street where the bus from the airport leaves you, you can find the bus stop of bus n.34 that takes you to Via Monte del Gallo (the B&B can be reached in 2 minutes from here). The bus ticket is 8 euros for the first bus (you can buy it when you get on the bus) and 1,50 for the second bus (you’ve to buy it beforehand from a newsagents). The last bus leaves at 9 pm, after that time you can take a taxi that will cost you about 10 euros.

A taxi from the airport will cost you 48 euros (fixed price airport-city centre). The journey should take around 30 minutes.

From Ciampino airport

Buses of low cost airlines will take you from Ciampino airport to Termini train station and viceversa. Alternatively, you can take the Ciampino city bus that will take you to Ciampino train station and then catch a train for Termini from there.

A taxi from the airport will cost you 30 euros (fixed price airport-city centre). The journey should take around 40 minutes.

By car

Take the G.R.A. exit Aurelia/Città del Vaticano and follow the indications for Città del Vaticano. You will reach Piazza Pio XI, from here follow for Via Gregorio VII and take the right at Via Angelo Ranucci. You will find Rampa Brancaleone on your left. Parking is free of charge (all you need is the patience to find a space).
